We are looking for a motivated fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is skilled at connecting with LinkedIn members, building relationships, and driving sales conversations. The ideal candidate should be based in Mumbai and available to join at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with targeted LinkedIn members to generate leads and build business relationships.

Initiate conversations and nurture prospects through LinkedIn messaging and other communication channels.

Understand client needs and pitch relevant products/services accordingly.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert opportunities into sales.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

Meet monthly lead generation  targets.

Requirements

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with prospects online.

Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and lead nurturing is a plus.

Must be based in Mumbai and able to join immediately.

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
