Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Next.js Developer to join our fast-paced development team in Mumbai. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust web applications using Next.js. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-performance, scalable web applications using Next.js.
- Implementing front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring responsiveness, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices (TDD/BDD, CI/CD, etc.).
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance and ensure seamless user experience.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with expertise in Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SASS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GraphQL, server-side rendering, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
