We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter with strong experience in IT hiring and vendor onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology roles, hiring processes, and managing external recruitment partners. End-to-end recruitment for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals
Source candidates through portals, social platforms, databases, and referrals
Manage and maintain relationships with external staffing vendors
Onboard and evaluate new recruitment vendors as per hiring demands
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth candidate experience
Maintain ATS or recruitment trackers with accurate candidate data
Drive employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of tech roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) and hiring life cycles
Experience with vendor onboarding and coordination
Familiarity with job portals Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight hiring deadlines
Must be an immediate joiner
Experience using ATS platforms (e.g. Freshteam)
Knowledge of basic HR operations beyond recruitment
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or IT services firm
