Position Overview:

As the Outreach Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners in International Market. We are seeking an individual with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering tangible sales leads. Immediate availability is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate high-quality sales leads in international market.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to create fruitful relationships.

2.Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Leverage existing connections and actively build new relationships to expand our network.
  • Represent #WeAssemble at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

3.Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
  • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to refine sales strategies.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, providing regular reports on lead generation activities.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an Outreach Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation in the international market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate outreach efforts into tangible sales leads.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-connected within the business community in Mumbai.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in outreach and lead generation, specifically in international market.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
