Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head to lead and expand our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Development & Sales: 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in IT services. 
  • Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. 
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Strategic Planning & Market Research: 
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. 
  • Define go-to-market strategies and position the company’s services effectively. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand. 
Client Relationship Management: 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnerships. •
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability. 
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance service delivery. 
Collaboration & Leadership: 
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team goals. 
  • Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts. 
Key Skills & Competencies: 
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets. 
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT services. 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management. 
  • strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, software development, or digital
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus. 
Preferred:
  • Experience in selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Computing, Digital Solutions. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
