As a Sales Development Representative at WeAssemble, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our IT services and solutions by identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with clients in the UK, Europe and other international markets. You will develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Your deep understanding of sales in offshore teams for development, data, and DevOps services will be key to your success in this role.

What you will be doing

  • You will be responsible for interacting with leads globally.
  •  Conduct research on possible target markets based on our product and technology capabilities as well as the demands of the general market, and generate actionable target prospect lists, utilizing an existing network. Coordinate with lead generation teams and build strategies.
  • Generate leads and outbound prospecting to potential clients directly.
  • Run a consultative sales process in which gathering actionable knowledge about customers' requirements and defining market prospects as a result is as vital as winning agreements. You will be interacting with the potential customers, understand their needs, clarify what we offer, provide a sales proposal and quote and generate invoices to get started.
  • Lead partner engagement from start to finish including pitching, contact discovery, negotiations, contract drafting, stakeholder approvals and day-to-day account management
  • You will also be required to coordinate with our technical team to provide a high touch service to the customers.
  • Following sales, you will be responsible for continuous account management and answering new requests from leads you assisted in converting to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Business Development or Sales for Service-based, fast paced companies with hands-on experience in Lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and growing an actionable pipeline of prospects.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive presence.
  • Have the ability to collaborate across different teams effectively and efficiently.
